Before the session we have a real conversation about your challenge and your people. I design the session around your specific situation. No two sessions look the same because no two organizations are the same.
During the session I hold the space, guide the process, manage the dynamics, and keep everyone focused on the right problem.
After the session your team leaves with either a solved problem or a clear next step. Not a list of things to think about. A decision, a direction, or a defined path forward.
